Muskox herd or band in Arctic National Wildlife Refuge
ANWR
A small band of muskox, or musk ox, on the arctic coastal plain.
Muskox live in small bands in the arctic, and amazingly, seem to withstand the often brutal winter weather just fine. Even the young calves, which are incredibly cute.
