A grizzly bear photo: Denali National Park and Preserve is home to numerous grizzly bears, and they forage voraciously through the short summer months, eating berries, grasses, roots, flowers and sometimes, winter kill mammals. The great grizzly bear will occasionaly prey on caribou, especially in the calving season, and moose. The bulk of the grizzly bear diet, howveer, is vegetarian.
