A massive, full grown adult male polar bear, or boar, walks along the beach in arctic Alaska. Ursus maritimus. Adult male polar bears can weigh well over 1000lbs, and often reach 10′ in height. Southern Beaufort Sea polar bear population, of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, Alaska.
